  An educational session about the challenges faced by pregnant asylum seeker's with an open forum discussion

  We'll be at BNENC from 10am until 2pm on 12th February talking about Heart Health. We'll also be offering more free blood pressure checks.

• Diabetes & Weight Management Awareness Day

  We met with the public at St John's Shopping Centre to deliver advice and information on managing diabetes and achieving a healthy weight. We gave out free fruit and veg, booklets, recipes and also took blood pressures.
