Diabetes and weight management day at St Johns Shopping Centre

We met with the public at St John's Shopping Centre to deliver advice and information on managing diabetes and achieving a healthy weight. We gave out free fruit and veg, booklets, recipes and also took blood pressures. Our dietitian, care coordinator and social prescriber were joined by local community charity, BNENC.
