Supporting People with Disabilities

Anfield and Everton PCN were proud to work in partnership with Daisy Inclusive UK to offer support, information and education to people with disabilities.

The event was attended by the Living Well Bus (offering health checks and vaccinations against flu and COVID) and by the Learning Disability Team (engaging with patients to see what they need and how they would like to be supported).
